Availability: All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Coverage: We provide delivery services across Bangladesh.
Timeline: Orders within Chattogram typically arrive within 2–3 business days. National deliveries may take 5–7 business days.
Charges: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp/Phone based on your location.
3. Payment Terms
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and manual mobile payments via bKash or bank account.
For mobile payments, customers must provide the transaction ID for verification before the order is processed.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if they are found to be defective or incorrect, provided they are in their original packaging and unused.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (like baby clothing or specific home goods) may not be eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, BYTE NEST owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. You may access this from BYTE NEST for your own personal use, but you must not republish, sell, or duplicate our content without permission.
